The walls are thick, so the building is cool even without air conditioning. The house is old, but in fair condition. Comfortable for 4 person. The arbor is excellent, there is shadow under it all day. VERY CLOSE to the more quiet side of the local beach. The owner is really kind.
The sound-proofing is very poor, so you know what is going on upstairs.
There is no possibility of grilling.
