Die Lage, das Zimmer und die Gastgeberin

Lovely paradise. Ms Irena was so hospitable and helpful with the information. They have an adorable pet cat Mixi who was charming with his joy and purrs :D. Studio was excellent choice, since it was on northern side of the house after early morning, front was in shade and our terrace was a delight to sit on (however have some anti-mosquito spray at hand). They maintain the house surrounding so all is full of flowers and Mediterranean herbs, kiwi and pears, really nice place to relax. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and location was great. We didn't have to use a car for an entire stay. Yes, It is a bit up the hill, but it is nice for a bit of recreation. About 10 minutes to the beach in Čikat bay, 5 minutes to the Lidl grocery shop and dm drugstore, 10 minutes too the town main square. Town is charming old island place with summer events (concerts, museum, plays) great lungomare and the relaxing atmosphere. Big recommendation for Villa Katarina.

Eigentümerin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Generell sehr ordentlich gepflegte Unterkunft.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen - wenngleich sehr gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich (insb. Klimaanlage).

Gute Lage und ein schöner Ausblick zwar kein Meer aber eine sehr ruhige lage und man ist schnell in der stadt und auch am Strand. Auch lebensmittelgeschäfter gleich in der Nähe.

Die Gastgeberin war nicht so besonders nett. Wir hatten zwei kleine Hunde (French-Bulldog) mit und man ist auch manchmal alleine unterwegs ohne Hunde und man kann nicht beobachten ob der Hund dann aufs bett hüpft und oben liegt. Das war ein Problem für die Gastgeberin. Und die Aussage nächstes mal ohne Hunde finde ich nicht menschlich. Dann darf ich kein Apartment mit Hunde anbieten. Wollten auch eine Seperate neue Decke da ein Getränk daneben gegangen ist, war sie recht angepisst da sie nur ein Set für dieses Bett hatte. Sind Schon das 5te Jahr in Mali losinj aber mit abstand das unfreundlichste Apartment. Am anfang nett aber nach Tagen sehr launisch und meiner meinung nach überfordert.
