Great location, minutes from the Rocks and Darling Ha

Noisy neighbours on Sat & Sunday night. Should have note on website re construction behind building; would be very noisy during week when workers there. Need to upgrade tea & coffee with at least a plunger and good quality teas/ coffee. Also, better towels with extras and bedroom throw cushions need a wash.

Location, location, location. The heart of The Rocks. Close to all transportation. Great shipping and restaurants within short walking distance. Unit has been remodeled and is modern with new appliances and washer/dryer.

The bed was too hard. Construction site outside bedroom window where they started work shortly after 7am

no smart-Tv but not a huge issue

Photos were very misleading. There was a photo of a small balcony overlooking the harbor bridge, however the only balcony overlooked a messy neighbour's property and rubbish bins. We also paid $120 for cleaning but were expected to remove the bed sheets, take out the recycling and rubbish and empty the dishwasher returning all the dishes to the cupboards. We entirely resent paying that much considering it would have taken about 1/2, for a cleaner to clean what was left. There was also old dried milk in the fridge and the bathroom drain was filthy. We were also unaware that parking was going to cost us. We ended up paying another $100 for parking in the locally recommended parking building. We thought we were getting a better deal than a hotel, but I'll definitely just book a hotel in future. It would have cost us less and been more relaxing.
