The location was great. Neighbours were good, not too noisy. The Queen bed was a bit hard but my daughter said single bed was very comfortable. Hot water and water pressure was good.
The window in lounge area was hard to slide. The microwave in the kitchen took up alot of bench space, suggest putting on shelf. Lounge needs a clean, had alot of stains. The shower head was too close to back wall, lucky the water pressure was good. Parking on lawn out back was not ideal in wet weather.
