The proximity to the beach, the private and secure access, and a covered parking spot.
Hot water ran out in one of the bathrooms and we had to move over to a different bathroom. Thankfully there was still hot water there. The kitchen was new but had limited things for self-catering.

The location was fantastic, good value for the location.
Room wasn’t cleaned properly (sticky and sandy floor in some parts, as well as TP that had been unusable), and check in is quiet late 3pm.

Location and layout. Comfortable bed and lounge clean linen and towels.
Difficult to open some windows, laundry tap dripped and hot water tap in laundry tub not working (perhaps on purpose)
Blue iron didn’t work
I was not impressed with the customer service telephone operators, they were extremely difficult to understand and also were not familiar with the agents terms and conditions
Failed to return calls or acknowledge requests or information provided.
I was surprised when collecting keys that identification wasn’t required
