tolle lage, hervorragende kommunikation, sehr gute verkehrsanbindung, im sommer angenehm kühl, kaffee, tee und küchen-basics vorhanden, sehr gute küchenausstattung
das haus ist entsprechend seiner historischen bauweise sehr hellhörig, da das apartment im keller ist, ist es dunkel und kühl (was bei sommerhitze angenehm sein kann, bei tristem regenwetter aber eher deprimiert

Nice flat in a quiet neighbourhood though not far away from the main street of the lively "Viertel". It was clean and spacious enough for two people. The kitchenette was sufficient to cook some easy meals.
