Great location, central to everything in agnes waters. Bed is comfortable, beautiful styled and clean apartment.
We were in a bottom room facing the street, the shower window was facing the car park, the windows are privacy windows that you can close while showering, but no ventilation in there unless opening the windows.

Spacious balcony and private outlook. Well equipped apartment. Well located to access beach and shops
Only minor issue was lack of a lift to the top floor

The whole complex

First time I have stayed in the "budget" apartments, it was fine but dunno if I would stay there again, depends on the nightly rate which fluctuates a lot, great location and pool is a bonus.
Apt 17 is at the back of the complex so not really any views, its cheaply furnished and a little grubby, no dyer is a pain, and you lose most of the TV channels after dark, common for Agnes so take a good book, U tube etc would not work.
