Edge on Beaches Agnes Waters 1770

Able to park car directly in front of villa. Access to all the pools. Amount of space inside villa. Loved the 2 shower arrangement but pressure on one side was low. Full size fridge.

No aircon in bedroom which was quite hot even with Aircon in lounge room going.

Liked the surroundings and gardens

There was a smoker in the next unit which made it unpleasant

We had 2 nights of really good sleep - and that says heaps about our room, the resort and the facilities being very good, according to my ratings.

The sliding rear door needs new runners.

The location and houses are nicely located. Walk a few metres for beach access!

Didn’t like the handler in few senses! We were 4 adults and a 6 year old but didn’t got the towels enough for the members that were mentioned in the booking. Upon requesting one towel, got mentioned that they will charge for “extra”. My bill reflects some extra charges too but since there is no invoice at the time of writing this, I can’t tell why I was charged more than what I committed here via booking dot com. Nonetheless, the property is nicely located and that is its key point. None of the bed side lamps works, bed bugs or bugs that are in your blankets, feel itchy even after 24 hours and red marks on me and my family members. Never seen or bitten by bed bugs so need to see doctor now.
