For a relaxing family getaway, Villa Lucija in peaceful village of Cilipi offers a private pool, jacuzzi, sea view, and easy access to Dubrovnik. This 120 m² penthouse includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, family room, and two balconies. The outdoor area features a jacuzzi, BBQ, dining space, sunbeds, and a lounge sofa – all exclusively yours.
Villa Lucija is located in a small village of Cilipi, 22 km south of Dubrovnik and 8 km from Cavtat, one of Top 10 European Best Destinations in 2019 and 2021. The village has long tradition of folklore dances performed every Sunday in front of St. Nicholas church. In a short distance from Villa Lucija there are several restaurants, pizzeria and 3 cafe bars.
The apartment in our Villa consists of three bedrooms accomodating 6 person. One bedroom comprises either King size bed or 2 single beds and other two bedrooms provide Queen size beds. Two private bathrooms are at your disposal as well.
From a comfortable and newly furnished living and dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen you can enjoy breathtaking view over the sea and cypress wood. Enjoying in a morning cafe at the balcony with beautiful sea view and the bird song will surely be one of your greatest vacation memories.
All the rooms and the living area are equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning system, SAT TV and free Wi-Fi.
By the outdoor pool and jacuzzi area there is also a kitchen with BBQ area. If you prefer sun - our 6 sunbeds, pool towels and poolside shower are at your disposal. If you prefer shade you can relax in a lounge area overlooking pristine nature and the sea. From our outdoor jacuzzi area the water falls slightly into the pool. Property, south faced, is fenced so you will enjoy full privacy and sun all day long.
In the night, when all is quiet, you can relax and enjoy in a sky full of stars surrounded by illuminated stone walls and olive tree.

Our first time in Croatia and after staying at Villa Lucija we will be back! A beautiful property overlooking the countryside and out to the sea. Our host Lucija and her family were so helpful and kind, always there when we had questions. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped from the property upstairs to the outside kitchen and pool. Some homemade treats on arrival was a lovely touch. Despite being close to the airport we found the location of the property excellent, easy to drive to the local town Cavat or further north for a day in Dubrovnik. The town Čilipi itself has a few supermarkets, pizzeria and bar/cafe which was lovely to walk up to in the evenings. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

We are just back from our second stay at Villa Lucija and I would happily go back again and again. Everything from the very welcoming hosts to the property itself and the surrounding area is just perfect. We always hire a car if visiting and it is very easy to get around. The location so close to the airport is great too.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful property as a family of 5. The villa is fitted out to the highest standard and the proximity to the airport was a real bonus as we were in the pool within an hour of landing at Dubrovnik airport! Nothing was too much for the owners and they were extremely helpful with all of our needs during the booking process, prior to our arrival and during our stay. They were so friendly and provided us with an amazing experience: welcoming us with lunch even though our flight was earlier than scheduled, plus bringing us alcoholic and food treats on multiple occasions during our stay which we enjoyed immensely. The regular supply of homegrown tomatoes were the most amazing that we have ever tasted. We stayed for two weeks and it was a lovely touch that the property was cleaned with the bedding and towels being changed at the end of the first week.The property has everything you could wish for, was immaculately clean and the pool area was beautiful. We could not fault the property or the owners. The attention to detail was incredible and the owners even returned the sun beds to their original places and optimal positions at the end of every day in preparation for the following day. We loved Croatia and the bars and pizza restaurant in Cilipi itself were fantastic - within a few minutes walk albeit up a short, steep hill. Cilipi is a quiet little village with lots of history and we enjoyed watching the festival and dancing that is held every Sunday. We found many lovely restaurants in Cavtat and would recommend this villa and area to anyone wishing to visit Croatia. A car is recommended if you wish to see more of the area but Cilipi itself has 2 bars, a hotel, post office, pizza restaurant (excellent value and delicious pizzas) as well as a local supermarket. It is a 10 minute drive to Cavtat and 30 minutes to Dubrovnik. This villa is perfectly situated for sightseeing and relaxation too. Thank you for helping us to have one of the best holidays ever!
