Great location

The room was good, a bit small but with a nice mountain view. The breakfast was perfect. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was good. The pool and facilities are kids oriented. Overall good experience.

Urlaub mit Baby

Modernes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment, kleiner Pool (für Babies vollkommen ausreichend), Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Apartment, Lage am Fluss und in einem süßen kleinen Dorf, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Frühstück gut.

Die Zimmer heizen sich bei warmen Temperaturen stark auf, mit Baby leider nicht so optimal. Ledercouch/Lederliege als Schlafgelegenheiten waren nicht besonders komfortabel.

Geen warm welkom, maar wel een pracht van een appartement! Zeer ruim, mooi, prachtige uitzichten!

Het appartement was gigantisch groot, zeer mooi, netjes en met prachtige uitzichten vanuit elk raam en elk terras. De kinderspeelruimtes waren super, zowel voor heel jong als voor tieners. Leuk, eerder klein zwembad. (Akoestiek is niet zo goed, een paar spelende kinderen kunnen al voor heel veel lawaai zorgen.)

Ik ben geen fan van de automaat om zelf in te checken. Als je zoveel uren in de auto hebt gezeten, dringend naar het toilet moet en met een heel gezin gepakt en gezakt moet staan sukkelen om alle gegevens manueel in te voeren (terwijl ik dan denk, dit heb ik toch allemaal al ingegeven bij boeking? ) is dat geen fijn begin. Toen er uiteindelijk toch een man aan de receptie verscheen, dachten we bij hem te kunnen inchecken, maar hij kwam gewoon met een zucht naar de machine toe omdat we aan het sukkelen waren. Personeel aan het ontbijt was wel heel vriendelijk!

Ok hotel. NO customer service, poor breakfast compared to the price paid and, no laundry although they advertise it.

It has nice pool and sauna.

There was NO staff at all. They also advised laundry 24/7 at their website and because of that, we booked it. When we arrived there, we had to do check in from some machine, the hotel was empty and in the morning, when finally there was a waitress to serve breakfast, she said that they just advised laundry but they really dont have it. Breakfast NOT worth the money.

Service, Küche und Management enttäuschend!

Optisch stark – service- und managementseitig enttäuschend Das Hotel bzw. Resort macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr positiven Eindruck. Architektur und Innenausstattung sind stilvoll und hochwertig – hier haben Architekten und Innenarchitekten sichtbar gute Arbeit geleistet. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt durchdacht und einladend. Leider endet der positive Eindruck beim Service und Management. Ein klassischer Check-in an der Rezeption existiert nicht – stattdessen muss man sich selbstständig an einem technisch instabilen Terminal einchecken. Für ein Resort absolut unpassend und wenig gastfreundlich. Bereits bei der Anreise wird man auf unangenehme Weise gedrängt, eine feste Uhrzeit für das Abendessen zu wählen – und zusätzlich das Gericht gleich mit. Diese Uhrzeit wurde bei uns nicht eingehalten, das Essen kam ca. 40 Minuten verspätet. Die Qualität des Essens war enttäuschend: Convenience Food statt frischer Küche. Das Cordon Bleu war ein Fertigprodukt, die Pinsa völlig versalzen – genauso wie die überzogenen Preise der Getränkekarte. Die Speisen haben nichts mit den Bildern oder Versprechen auf der Hotelwebseite zu tun. Das Personal – vor allem im Restaurant – war überfordert, unfreundlich und teils gereizt. Es mangelte an Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und grundlegendem Serviceverständnis. Auch die Leitung des Hauses (vermutlich die Inhaber) machte den Eindruck, nicht aus dem Gastgewerbe zu stammen – weder fachlich noch menschlich. Im Wellnessbereich setzt sich das Bild leider fort: Pool und Sauna sind grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber auch hier gibt es klare Anzeichen von Vernachlässigung. Die Lüftungsgitter (z. B. außen an der Sauna und im Umkleidebereich) waren sichtbar verdreckt – es mangelt ganz offensichtlich an Personal, Sorgfalt und regelmäßiger Wartung. Fazit: Ein schönes Hotel mit großem Potenzial, das durch miserables Management, ungeschultes und unfreundliches Personal sowie chaotische Abläufe stark an Wert verliert.

It was like the movie (the shining)

Nothing

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. When we arrived at 6 PM, there were no staff members on-site – the entire hotel was completely empty, which felt eerie and unwelcoming. At night, we had a serious insect problem after opening the windows, which made it hard for us and our kids to sleep until we had to close everything and deal with the bugs ourselves. The hotel is located in a very remote and isolated area, with no nearby restaurants or grocery stores – the closest place was a 12-minute drive away. To make things worse, the hotel restaurant was also closed temporarily, which we weren’t informed about in advance. For the price, the experience simply wasn’t worth it. We expected much more for what we paid. بالنسبة للعوائل من الخليج لا انصح ابدا بالفندق موقعه معزول جداً الحركة بالفندق ضعيفة جداً بالكاد تشوف ناس معاك ساكنين بالفندق الوضع مخيف شوي . الحشرات مارح تخليك تنام ابدا وفوق هذا كله قيمة الفندق الغالية ومافي شي بالمقابل لا خدمة ولا مكان.

In the evening, there was no staff at the hotel. When we arrived, the entire place was completely empty. Not even a single person in sight. We got locked out of our room because our key cards stopped working. We called the emergency numberprovided, but the person who answered was rude. At first, they insisted it was impossible that the keys weren't working, and then started shouting at us in German. They hung up and didn’t answer any of our calls after that. We were completely stuck and loss — even the car keys were inside the locked room, so we couldn’t go anywhere. Tense moments later, someone finally showed up, but he was clearly unhappy and unwelcoming. He reprogrammed our key cards without saying much. We didn’t even unpack. We just went straight to sleep and waited for the morning. After a quick breakfast, we left as fast as we could. It was a nightmare.

Perfect weekend away in the nature.

The hotel is located in a cute village, next to a natural swimming pool (admission 5 euros per person), has a spa, nice ambience, clean rooms. 20 minutes away from Hallstatt.

Nice hotel, big rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price and it was exceptional quality, really good food.

The room size

We received a nasty welcome, the receptionist was very unpolite, uninviting and when we asked questions he barely answered as if he is doing us a favor. It was a very very bad experience overall. When we had an issue in the shower he didn't even help us. This place is overpriced

Disapointed about spending the holidays in the attic

The three girls in the restaurant were great.

There was no mention at the time of booking that the room I intend to book is in the attic, with no view and a skylight so that you are waken by the first light of the day. Immediately after the confirmation I received an email stating that drink consumption was compulsory during dinner. We normaly have drinks during dinner and this email sounded rude.

A good location for families, wonderful wellness, delicious meals!

The rooms and the restaurant were great. We also enjoyed the pool which looks much bigger on the pictures and is actually maybe 4x4m - but we were always alone and our son loved it!!

Just some tiny details like a wrongly installed doorstop which prevented the bathroom door from opening fully or a bathroom fan running 24/7.
