Great and friendly staff, nice and comfortable room with good shower, fridge/mini-bar and watercooker. Wonderful views! Convenient parking in front of hotel. Restaurant also very good with nice terrace, paradise for meatlovers (e.g. all-you-can-eat meat - rodizio - for €21)🍖😁

The view from our room was beautiful. It was so quiet being up in the hills. The stars at night were amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had everything we wanted and you could choose to eat in or sit out and look at the view. The pool was lovely but a bit in the chilly side. We had the pool area to ourselves for a couple of hours. Parking was easy and because there were a lot of steps up to reception there was a lift which helps when you arrive with luggage

The lamb shank was tasty. The salad was fresh and the home made chips which I requested were good.
The room was a bit hot. The air conditioner was not too effective. But OK in May …
The breakfast was the usual selection of processed meats you get in Portugal, cakes & croissants ( not from patisserie) the coffee was OK. I only had the coffee.
