Perfect location

The flat was beautiful!! So clean and they left me some snacks every day. Fruit or cookies. Very clean and 2 min walk to the beach. 15 min walk to the port! The staff was very responsive and if I had any questions they replied me quickly!

The WiFi is terrible, that’s the only bad thing I could say! But other than that I definitely recommend this place!

CLEAN, SPACIOUS, MODERN, CENTRAL, Challenging Parking

Stayed 4 nights. Apartment was exactly as advertised. Location: Quiet. 5-10 min walk to Naxos Chora. 15 min walk to Porta. One street over from main street with a lot of restaurants, mini marts. 5 min walk to Agios Georgios or 10-20 min drive to Agios Prokopios. (prices of beach chair rentals have increased, consider brining own towels and umbrella). Room: Spacious, extremely clean and modern apartment on 2nd floor with balcony and kitchen. Free water bottle, (great) Coffee (no milk) and tea. Fruit and small homemade and delicious dessert left twice for us. Good blackout curtain. Mini fridge (w freezer). Balcony with drying rack. A lot of nice shelving and hangers for our stuff. AC worked excellently. Provided extra pillows as requested. Bathroom clean and spacious! surprisingly floor didn't get soaked from half wall. New towels and cleaning were available daily. Great hairdryer. EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE Cleaning lady- sweetest lady! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Parking - challenging. We managed to find down the street or a few streets over. There's a free public parking 8 min walk away but it was always full (in Sept). Adding beach towels and a washing machine would add more value to this property Kitchen- a kind suggestion to add a frying pan and a shelf under the kitchen sink cupboard

The apartment was in a great location between the beach and old town. It was very comfortable with great amenities and storage. Daily maid surface was a bonus and the daily treats of cake and fruit were much appreciated.

The host had an expected issue that meant she couldn't meet us at the property but was extremely communicative via whatsapp and everything went very smoothly. The appartment is in an excellent location between the town and the beach with great shops and restaurants near by. Very nicely decorated room and very comfortable bed!

The best place to stay in Naxos!

No amount of stars could convey the exquisiteness of these studios. Theodora Luxury Studios are exactly that: luxurious. They are also elegant and beautifully designed with high quality finishes. The result is a holiday studio that is airy and furnished with comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, an immaculate bathroom (the shower is gorgeous) and a private, large balcony. Then there is the location, a short walk to St George Beach, Naxos Town, the Port and well-connected by bus to anywhere on the island. But what makes Theodora Luxury Studios truly unforgettable is the family who run them. Eleni and Dimitri provide room service, while their daughter Evie, organises the administrative side of things. Evie’s professionalism is so impressive. She is always contactable and organises any request with grace and courtesy. Eleni and Dimitri are the heart and soul of this place, from their tireless efforts to keep our studio spotless through to their delicious sweets and fruit that we would find upon returning from the beach. They made our stay so memorable with the warmth of their hospitality. We will never forget them and can’t wait to return!

A fantastic stay which has everything we required.

A fantastic apartment in an excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from Naxos town. The host was very friendly and attentive. They provided fresh fruit and snacks daily and were happy to help with any queries we had. Apartment was extremely clean and was cleaned daily by the host. Would love to stay again if we return.
