Sands Pratamnak

This room was very close to the beach, all of the restaurants on Pratamnak street, and had great views of the sunset from the rooftop pool

It was great for a condominium. If you are expecting “hotel” staff/concierge, it’s not here. But if you are a do it yourself type of person, this is perfect

Enjoyed my stay here, Many things to like within the building as well as near by. The staff (Security, Front desk etc) was extremely helpful, polite and professional. This particular location is off the main strip so its very quiet compared to the Central Pattaya area. The resort next door (The Sanctuary) has a good breakfast buffet at 295 baht per person (alittle cheaper if you're staying at the resort.). A few minute walk to the beach with a boardwalk that stretches several kilometers. A couple 7/11's and other convenient stores within a 5 minute walk as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and street vendors. Small gym on the 2nd floor, swimming pool and sauna on the 14th floor. Beautiful sunset view over the ocean from the pool area.

The only con I can think of is the distance to central and north Pattaya. Using the ride hailing apps "Grab or Bolt" can take a while for a driver to accept during busy period of times and heavy traffic increases the actual travel time.

Отличное местоположение. Дешевое жилье, оборудованное почти всем необходимым. Отличная кровать и хороший вид на море. Отличный полноразмерный холодильник. Большой балкон. Приветливый персонал кондо. Есть сауна и спортзал. Плюсов явно больше, чем минусов. Я бы сюда вернулся снова, если бы путешествовал один, а не в паре.

Квадратура жилья сильно завышена. В реале оно сильно меньше, чем указано - около 27-28 кв.м. а не 36. Для меня это важно. Если один из 3х лифтов отключен на обслуживание - долго ждать лифта. Нет стиралки. Маленький бассейн для такого количества квартир в доме И может не хватать лежаков у бассейна . Мебель вся очень дешёвая и некачественная. требует замены или ремонта в некоторых местах. Есть мелкие термиты, которые могут кусаться. Но они есть почти везде, кроме хороших отелей.
