Communication on arrival procedures...a number that is given before arrival for contacting.
Shower temperature with lever in same position would one minute be so hot, then turn to cold..could not have a shower at the same temperature..had to continually clear the drain for water to go done...two times it filled up and went onto bathroom floor. Balcony doors did not lock, although on 11th floor its still a safety thought.
