A great base to explore Zadar.

The owners were so welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful when we asked them things, even buying a new frying pan when we asked for a larger one! The location is in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city, and the pool is lovely and clean and a good size. It’s a great base for exploring Zadar and the surrounding area, and free parking which is a bonus. The accommodation was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the little kitchen had what we needed to self-cater and a washing machine which was very helpful. The air con is really effective which was a great help in the heat.

The ground floor apartment we had was very small for 4 people (would suit 2 people better) and quite dark due to the fences just outside the windows. The seating area outside is smaller than it looked from the photos and there’s not a proper table for eating outside. Unfortunately there was road works going right outside whilst we were there so we couldn’t use the outside space anyway as it was dusty and noisy with diggers in the road right by our entrance from early in the morning. This was obviously not the owners fault at all and she was very apologetic as it had started without warning. She did her best to clear up the dust each day and as it was we were out on excursions most of the time anyway. If we went back we would pay more for a bigger apartment with a balcony but for what we needed it was fine and a reasonable price.

The location might be challenging for those with no car or will to walk 😉 Yet, the distance to nearest shops, bus stop or even to Old Town is not that long.

We had a very great stay - recommended!

The host was very friendly, she even gave us some washing powder for the washing machine. The pool was great and very clean as well as the apartment itself. We were able to relax and whenever we wanted to explore the city, we just took an Uber. During the current constructions, it could be the case that your taxi drivers have trouble finding the house. The bus situation is a little difficult since busses come and go whenever they like to. It's better to go by car/taxi.

A cooking pan would have been great! We had more than enough pots, but not one single pan. Also, the bed in the bedroom was very hard due to the hard wires.

Large comfort nice apartment with sea view

Very nice sea view from the two balconies (we got 3 nice balconies). Large and comfortable apartment and well equipped. Everything is clean and tidy including the swimming pool. The host is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We have booked 3 nights and did really enjoy it.

It is not super close to the old town. But after dinner and taking a walk home is quite pleasant.

Great base for exploring the area with a lovely pool.

The property was very clean, well presented and comfortable. We were travelling as.two couples and the sofa bed was great as a second bed. Having a balcony with a view was wonderful. The pool was a much needed treat in the hot weather. Great to have secure parking on site too. Everything worked as it should and was well equipped for self catering.

There was air con in the main room (living room) but just a fan in the bedroom.

Exceptional

Everything is just perfect for the holidays you expect. The facility is incredibly support with all equipments for a nice stay. The owners make you feel you are home, they attend you the needs and also Angelo is a chief you can have a opportunity to eat the best food ever. Their kids made my daughter days so much fun! I want to say thank you for everything Sladana and Angelo we are leaving our holidays with half of our heart in Zadar. See you soon :)

The pool area was small however it didn’t make any difference to our stay. As we were 2 mile away from the beach we walked most days but would have been great to have bikes there that we could have used.

Everything ! The hosts are so kind and we love their children, so nice with our daughter. The chief is the best chief in Croatia, best grill never took! Anyway, I recommend absolutely apartment Julia!

Very nice place with balcony and beautiful sea view. Confortable, clean apartment and well equipped kitchen. Swimming pool is perfect to relax, quite place and friendly neighborhoods. Also owners are very nice people. Susana, Slayana and Angelo were very nice hostess. Slayana was very attentive and she gave us a lot of advices to enjoy our stay! Pay only by cash! They have a restaurant too, free parking and the closest supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Highly recommend for families, friends ...

Zadar

We had a late check in, around midnight but had a fantastic greeting from the owner, she was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner had put drinks in the fridge, even some home made wine. We had a sea view and the view was amazing! The owner made us breakfast on the first day of our stay and we had so much fresh food. It was delicious. The pool area was lovely and perfect to relax. The apartment is about two miles from The Old Town and the harbour in one direction and a mile and half to the beach in another direction but there are plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bakeries on route. Do try the bakeries! The food is delicious and cheap. It was about 50 to 70 Kuna for a taxi but we walked a lot, there are also buses. I felt so comfortable in this property and the host is so helpful and helped us organise a trip out to the islands and would have happily helped with other trips too. I would go back and stay anytime.

If you are not keen on walking or getting taxis then this might not be the best place for you but it did not bother us at all and we enjoyed the peace and felt safer away from the crowds of a bigger hotel.

It was perfect for us who traveled with two kids under 1 year. We had a ground floor apartment with a washing machine and a kitchen. Julia were very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend to stay here.

We were very well received. The host was very kind and provide us explanations for everything in the accomodation and things to see in Zadar. The apartment was very private with a great balcony and the pool an amazing plus. We paid extra for jacuzzi, great and not expansive (5€/person). It has a supermarket nearby (5min by car... a bit far walking).

It's not far from the center but we were fine because we were travelling by car. We've used the car for everything (grocery shopping, city center and beach).
