The staff members we encountered were all very kind, helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent as it was quiet yet just around the corner from the main town. In addition, there was a restaurant literally downstairs next door, overlooking the river, where you could have a lovely meal and also buy alcohol at a reasonable price. The apartment was spacious and having the balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning.
We were very disappointed with the kitchenette which was nothing more than a sink, electric kettle and a fridge. We had expected to find as a bare minimum cups, plates and cutlery and there was certainly plenty of available cupboard space in which to store them. Perhaps this is something that could be improved upon for future guests.

Lovely property right next to my favorite restaurant in Chefchaouen! Access on two different levels and the room was fantastic! Lovely view with the river sounds giving a relaxing vibe! Loved it!

The location was fantastic, the balcony was the best part of the room! Amazing views!
Staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful. Helped us find a laundromat and provided everything we needed. Pleasant.
Loved the location, and Triana restaurant was right by with excellent food, live music and wine selection.
The ONLY reasons I can't give 10 rating are because the bed was so incredibly hard and uncomfortable that I did not sleep much at all, and the bathroom bidet leaked and the shower did not drain so too much standing water made it feel unpleasant in the bathroom.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was smooth and very fast, which we really appreciated. The terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
