Er was genoeg parking aan de office om wagen te parkeren. Snel alles geregeld.
Bedding was in office af te halen in een grote ongemakkelijke zak in plaats van deze te voorzien in de hotel zelf of ten minsten in een kleine comfortabele zak. Ik moest er ook 20 euro voor betalen.

Big enough open studio on second level (1er etage in France)with all what you'll needs and some extra. Big balcony faced to next building courtyard. Own parking place big enough for XC60 SUV. Beach nearby ~ 10 meters from building backdoor. Restaurants not far.
Mosquitoes wait for us on arrival night - so we need to spend some times eliminating all of them on next morning. On next days few observed --they comes from ventilation rather than outside - so not a big problem. Sometime at the morning can be noisy from nearby roundabout traffic - but not a major problem .

The apartment is very close to the beach and has its own closed parking place (this was a big plus as we travelled by car). Getting the keys was easy and uncomplicated, communication with the agency functioned perfectly. We liked also the spacious balcony with a view to the sea. Overall a very good location.
Some pieces of furniture are older but still practical, this was no impediment.

Proximity to the beach, easy access, parking (except of sand falling from upper floors, due to luck of respect from some guys), some neighbours are nice and helpful.
Cleaning was not properly done before our arrival. Beds were full of sand and dirt, dirty chairs pads, some left of empty bottles and crumbs in the shelves, cobwebs in some places... so we spent a few hours cleaning all after 14 hours of drive. The agency is supposed to compensate for the cleaning of 100 euros.
