Jolie vue sur la baie de Cavalaire, cuisine bien dotée d'ustensiles, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière.... tout.
Beau salon tv grand écran + son Bose....
Chambre avec un 160 parfait
Terrasse pour l'apéritif ! Salle d'eau avec lave-linge bien pratique.
Très appréciable Garage box.
MAIS rue circulante au bas de l'immeuble.... on s'y fait ! Car clim et vitres épaisses.
A SURVEILLER propreté du tapis de bain, tâches sur couette et les coins poussiéreux... entretien ménagé à contrôler

appartement très bien . la terrasse est inexploitable à cause du bruit des voitures qui passent sans discontinuer . les affaires privés des propriétaires empiètent largement sur les rangements .
