Grote vakantiewoning met veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden.
Rustig gelegen vakantiehuis met voor iedereen wat te doen. Grote eet- en zitruimte Verschillende zithoeken Veel onspanningsmogelijkheden ook bij minder goed weer. (Heerlijke sauna, stoombad, Pooltafel, tafelvoetbal, bar, kinderspeelhoek) Filmzaal Bij iedere slaapkamer een eigen grote badkamer Het meer op wandelafstand en verschillende wandelingen te doen in de omgeving. Veel parkeerruimte bij de woning. Voor onze familie was het een leuk weekend ook al was het weer minder goed. .
Enkele puntjes voor de veiligheid: In de filmzaal het blauwe lampje voorzien van een beveiliging voor nieuwsgierige kinderhandjes. Ze worden erg warm onze kleinzoon heeft zijn vingertje er serieus aan verbrand. Wat meer platte en diepe borden voorzien want voor onze groep met 17 volwassenen waren er niet voldoende. Kinderspeelkamer mag wat vernieuwd worden en wat properder

Mooie locatie met fantastisch huis. Minpuntje communicatie met beheerder.
Mooie ruime woning. Bijna elke kamer had een eigen badkamer. Tuin was geweldig net als de locatie.
De communicatie met de beheerder was niet optimaal. Erg vriendelijke man en hielp ons met dekbedden omdat wij die vergeten waren. Echter zondag ging het brandalarm af en was hij amper te bereiken. 2,5 uur met alarm gezeten. Hij was aan het wandelen dus slechte ontvangst dus dat kan ging gebeuren Echter ben ik nu al een week bezig om informatie te krijgen over kosten en ook nu reageert hij nergens meer op.

Achtung, Betrügerisches Verhalten!
Haus ist geeignet für große Gruppen. Viele Badezimmer und eine schöne Umgebung.
Die Küchenausstattung ist für 18 Personen nicht ausreichend. Es mangelt insbesondere an Töpfen und Pfannen. Das größte Problem ist jedoch der Vermieter und sein betrügerisches Geschäftsgebaren. Sechs Wochen nach unserem Aufenthalt haben wir trotz mehrfacher Erinnerungen und Nachfragen noch immer nicht unsere Kaution zurück erhalten. Außerdem wurde bei unserer Ankunft eine zweite Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 250 € verlangt und das obwohl die Reinigungsgebühr schon ausdrücklich über Booking.com bezahlt wurde. Da man uns ansonsten nicht in das Haus gelassen hätte, haben wir die zusätzlichen 250 € unter Vorbehalt gezahlt. Auf eine Klärung warten wir noch immer. Traurig ist, dass das Haus trotz doppelter Reinigungsgebühr nicht wirklich sauber war. Die Zapfanlage wirkte nicht sehr einladend.

Magnifique villa, spacieuse, très bien équipée, beaucoup d'espace et tout confort. Merci
La maison était super, très grande, ce qui permet à chacun d'avoir le confort et l'espace suffisant, grands comme petits. Le sauna et le hammam, c'est top. Le baby foot, le billard, bref c'était un super séjour, proche de magnifiques balades.
Comme tout grand espace, il faut gérer le chauffage et l'électricité !
