Value for money, great location

Location is great near a super market , inside a farm ..so great for kids

Nothing much ..maybe the sofa bed could be better .. didn't go flat .. not a big deal

A very enjoyable and relaxed family weekend.

It was very spacious. We were with a group of ten and had two houses. One was our headquarters and we had plenty of room.

We liked everything. The accommodation was good, the seating area in front of the houses was lovely. We cannot think of anything negative other than that we had to leave afain.

Super friendly and helpful hosts: a lovely family living on this farm, where the holiday houses are located. Our 2.5 year old was thrilled to go and see the farm animals when they fed them. My dad was thrilled with the photo opportunities in the natural environment in and around the farm. Greatly appreciated the complementary goodies in the kitchen - local beers, Belgian chocolates, coffee pods. Kitchen was fully equipped which is extremely helpful when having little kids. Electric fireplace was a nice touch. Also the smart TV with Netflix and other options was very much appreciated, especially for entertaining the kids. Also great was the existence of a play area on the farm, which unfortunately we did not use due to weather. Location-wise, very convenient, close to Malmedy.

All was great. Some minor details for future reference: it would be great if sugar and shampoo was also provided. Also, we had to request the towels as they were not provided from the beginning, but that was easily resolved.

Very pleasant and quiet place. Livery for a family visit

The place is really nice and comfortable. It is quiet, immersed in the countryside, there is a big green space around where the kids can play. The goats and the horse also made my kids very happy.

Perfect place to stay while visiting the Circuit Spa-Francorchamps

Very close to Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps ,each morning i had a perfect view while drinking my coffee, the host was very friendly . Thanks and i hope to be there again in the future

Had a comfortable stay!

The location is very good. Plenty of parking space. The bnb was well equipped and the host was very welcoming. Lot's of beautiful hikes and walks around. Very close to cosy bars, cafes and restaurants.

The sizes of the bedrooms and bathroom are smaller then expected. Payment for the sheets was something we never had to do in any of the earlier BnBs we stayed at, but it wasnt a deal breaker!

L'emplacement(balade et commerces à proximité), l'accueil des gérants, la chaleur du poêle, le confort des lits, l'espace jeux pour enfants (plaine de jeux+ espace pour jeux de neige, luge à proximité immédiate).

Rapport qualité prix au top. Bel endroit. Bien situé. Maison confortable avec ce qu'il faut. Literie confortable. Bien au chaud.

Le chemin était fort enneigé et nous n'avions pas nos chaînes. Inquiétudes pendant le WE mais le jour de notre départ la route avait été dégagée.

Este un loc în care te poți relaxa.

Aice te simți foarte bine. Am fost întâlniți de gospodar, care ne-a întâlnit cu zâmbet. Cel mai plăcut a fost e să vedem multe animale pe care le are acest gospodar, iepuri pisici care umblă prin curte și multe altele de care copiii noștri foarte mult s-au bucurat. Este o liniște afară, doar apa care se scurge din izvor din de-al pe lângă drum este unica gălăgie. Noi cu familia am stat 3 nopți și ne-am odihnit foarte bine, aici am uitat de toate problemele. Vă mulțumim pentru totul...

Fijn verblijf op een prachtige locatie.

De locatie is geweldig. Heerlijk stil, en toch op korte afstand van onder andere een supermarkt (CarreFour) en het centrum van Malmedy. Het bereik van het mobiele netwerk is niet zo goed, maar er is wifi. Ook is er een fijne gaskachel en een grote TV. De keuken is compleet uitgerust met oven, magnetron, vaatwasser en een koel- vriescombinatie.

De bedden zijn harder dan wij gewend zijn, wat we persoonlijk iets minder prettig vonden. De meubels zijn wat gedateerd, maar eigenlijk vinden we dat geen heel groot nadeel.

Expeditie Venntrilogie

Prima locatie als start voor onze wandelingen met behulp van OV (goed plannen!!) traject 2 t/m 6 van de Venntrilogie gelopen. Carrefour op 15 minuten lopen (vlakke route). De bedden zijn prima. Prachtig uitzicht en lekker rustig. Het is een prima basic huisje.

Op zich niet onoverkomelijk maar de wc is in de badkamer. Er is geen oven maar een magnetron

Vrijheid blijheid in de rustige ruime accommodatie.

Prachtige omgeving, rustgevend geluid van stromend water als je buiten zit. Veel ruimte in de accommodatie en de keuken is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken. De bedden slapen ook superfijn. Zowel binnen als buiten genoeg ruimte om te kunnen zitten. En een hele fijne speeltuin voor de deur voor de kleine. Toplocatie helemaal in het groen maar toch vlakbij supermarkt en alle andere voorzieningen die je je maar wensen kunt.

Er waren toen wij er verbleven helaas heel veel muggen, enkele ramen en de deur hadden helaas geen hor, en de horren die er waren sloten niet altijd perfect aan waardoor de muggen maar binnen bleven komen hoeveel we er ook doodsloegen soms heeft dit wel wat uren slaap gekost. Buiten zaten best veel vliegen maar dat was te verwachten op een boerderij.

La salle de bain peu pratique ( pommeau de douche que l’on ne peux pas fixé pas pratique pour se laver correctement ) . Et sans fenêtre difficile à aéré .

Mooie locatie, maar huisjes zijn nog niet af en ook niet schoon.

Mooie locatie. Rustige omgeving. Dicht bij de stad Malmedy. Vriendelijke ontvangst, flesjes lokaal bier stonden klaar. Ook een gevulde bonen koffie machine

Het huisje was niet schoon. En ook niet 'af'. Douche betegeling was nog niet klaar en lekte. Keukenblok was slecht, ook niet afgewerkt. Meubels in de woonkamer waren slecht. Zakte spontaan door bank. Over het algemeen was het huisje niet schoon. Vieze zakdoek van anderen onder het bed. Stofvlokken overal. Matrassen waren vies. Bedden waren van verschillende hoogte, waardoor dit geen 2 persoons bed kon worden.

Echt mooi plek om tot rust te komen, alles netjes in het huisje , tuin terras prachtig met diertjes geitjes kippen enz. Speeltuin voor de kinderen.

Séjour à la ferme bien au calme, au coeur d'une belle région

Emplacement très calme dans une ferme, avec une belle vue sur les prés et les animaux, au pied d'un des sentiers de randonnée de la région. Disponibilité des hôtes pour résoudre nos problèmes, même à une heure tardive, pour nous conseiller des endroits à visiter et pour nous faire partager le nourrissage des animaux.

Besoin de changer certains matelas mais cela doit être fait.
