Struttura tanto calda e pulita. La signora Maria Concetta è fantastica. Una mamma che ci ha dato calore e affetto dal primo secondo in cui siamo arrivati. Posizione ottima per il mare ma allo stesso tempo isolata per godersi un po di tranquillità

Sehr schöne und entspannte Unterkunft! Zum Strand sind es ca 10 Minuten zu laufen, zum nächsten Supermarkt auch etwa 10 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten, haben aber alles, was es braucht. Insgesamt sehr sauber und es gibt sogar einen großen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Highlight ist aber die Gastgeberin Maria, die von Anfang an so herzlich war und ich mich wie zuhause gefühlt habe! Zum Frühstück gibt es Obstsalat, Sandwich und süße Leckereien von ihr serviert. Auch wenn die Kommunikation mit italienisch etwas schwierig war, war sie immer an einem Gespräch interessiert! Zur Abreise hat sie mich sogar mit ihrem Auto zum Flughafenbus in Modello gefahren - so nett und freundlich, einfach unglaublich! Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

I miei genitori sono stati ospiti del B&b per quattro giorni ed io sono andata a trovarli dopo il lavoro. La struttura è molto carina e piena di verde; le stanze pulitissime ed accoglienti, la colazione incredibile sia dolce che salata. La signora Maria è meravigliosa, sempre pronta ad offrire cose da bere e mangiare; anche tutto lo staff che la aiuta a gestire l'alloggio è delizioso. C'è possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno, cosa per me comoda spostandomi in macchina; con una passeggiata di dieci minuti si arriva senza problemi sul lungomare di Mondello, sia per andare in spiaggia che nei vari bar e ristoranti del paese.

It's clean and well-equipped. The breakfasts are really tasty, with fruits and sweets. Bottled water is available. The host is very helpful and friendly. It's quite close to the beach, and the views are beautiful.

The walls and doors are like made from paper - zero sound isolation. You can sleep only when the last person in the hotel goes to sleep, until the first person in the hotel wakes up. Even with earplugs you can hear every sound from all other rooms. The shower is very small, the toilet seat is moving, the AC is blowing straight on the face when you are in the bed, and the option of stopping the swing in some position is not working. The sheets and towels have a really strong smell of vinegar.
