Host is very hospitable, location of the apartment is very good and very close to old town.
Around the apartment are lot of parking spots and very large free parking with ~1000-2000 parking spots like 200m away.
Apartment was clean and comgortable.
Our room was looking at the street where from time to time locals drive loud cars in the night, thats not the host’s problem (or problem he can solve) but there is no police in Nafplio that seems to care about that ( bcs after all they say they care about tourists )

Nice room with balcony, great location, easy to find parking
I had just injured my leg, so walking up 2 floors was hard

The room was nice and renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good.
Overall, there is a lack of maintenance. There may be some last moment problems, which I understand, but not all of it.
First of all, there is no elevator, so you have to climb the steep stairs for two floors. Keep it in mind if you have heavy luggage with you. However the host was very nice and offered his help.
Secondly, the fridge in the room didn't work. Again, the host allowed us to use the one at the reception.
Then one of the doors in the shower cabin was missing🫤 and the mosquito net was broken (not that we used it, just throwing it all in).
Maybe standalone the rating would be higher but compared to other places we saw in Greece I feel that the price was a bit high for what we got.
Hope the owner will see that and improve.
