All together a pleasant and relaxing stay

Breakfast good and versatile spread. Near to lake and easy access for swimming from jetty (but no beach) Very close to Rheinsberg castel free transport from hotel to train

Im grossen und ganzen alles gut.

Einweisung bei schlüsselübergabe, Rezeption kam mir überfordert vor.

Teils teils

Viele Geschäfte haben hier nur teilweise offen oder ganz geschlossen. Ich kam mir vor wie vor 40 Jahren. Reinigung nur jeden zweiten Tag! Rezeption kam mir überfordert vor! Erklärung und Einweisung (zb Schlüsselkarte ins Fach legen damit Badezimmer Licht an geht) in den Gegebenheiten des Hauses entfiel komplett. Service im Restaurant sehr freundlich! Fazit - einmal reicht

Das Haus mit seiner wunderbaren Laage am See, die großzügige , behindertengerechte Einrichtung für eingeschränkte Menschen, das freundliche, stets hilfreiche Personal, das reichhaltige Frühstücksangebot haben diese Tage zu einem besonderen Erlebnis für uns gemacht.

Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist gut , Frühstück ist normal

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.Bestellte E-Bikes sollten erst ab 15.00 Uhr bereitgestellt werden, obwohl für den ganzen Tag bestellt.Zimmerreinigung /Handtuchwechsel ohne Ankündigung nur alle 2Tage , Abendessen sehr teuer für sehr wenig Leistung - Personal hat Getränke vergessen. Betten sehr hart auf Nachfrage keine Alternative möglich. Kein Safe im Zimmer , Minibar ist leer. Hotel ist zum großen Teil mit Menschen mit Behinderungen belegt , dementsprechend sehr laut im Speisesaal. Keine Klimaanlage , keine Espresso Maschine und das bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel!!! Preisleistungsverhältnis ist katastrophal.

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl und das Buffet ist insbesondere auch für die Rollstuhlfahrer gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr barrierefrei und lässt dabei keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool Lift trägt dazu bei, dass auch der Pool genutzt werden kann.

Eines der Betten war höhenverstellbar. Gerne hätten wir uns auf beiden Seiten die Möglichkeit gewünscht.

Sehr schönes barrierefreies Hotel direkt am See

Die Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung sind sehr groß. Sauna, Schwimmbad und Sportgeräte sind vorhanden. Aber auch Bücher, Puzzel, Kegeln etc. stehen hier zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Es ist alles für Rollstuhlfahrer ausgelegt und barrierefrei (selbst die Sauna kann mit Rollstuhl genutzt werden.

Preislich natürlich kein Schnäppchen, aber für die Leistung angemessen.

Entspannter Urlaub direkt am Wasser. Absolut entschleunigend.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist 1A, alles großzügig und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ideal für Personen mit körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen mit z. B. Rollstuhl.
