Location is very good. Very nice view. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cleanness, needs better maintenance, bed, too much children running end jumping in the pool and making a lot of noise.

Amazing rooms, amazing facilities and amazing views
Bit of a drive up from Lucca but it was only 20 mins and easier once you got used to the roads

It is a gorgeous place with the most stunning views. The pool was lovely and not too busy. The beds comfortable and the private garden lovely.
Staff were very helpful and even offered a late checkout, which was much appreciated with our toddler.
Unfortunately our bathroom had a bit of mould. Reception staff looked genuinely surprised and I am sure they have sorted it since. But it should have been noted by cleaners and sorted sooner.
The kitchen is ok, but not all that well equipped if you are planning to cook more than once.
It would be nice to offer a change of towels for stays longer than a few days.
