The service at this hotel was excellent. All staff members were warm, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The chef prepared pure vegetarian food especially for me, which was greatly appreciated.
Rooms, bed linen and all areas were clean.
Laundry service.
As a solo female traveller, I felt safe at this hotel.
The safe in my room didn’t work and only one power point was working.

The bathroom in the heritage room was spacious and clean. There was a cafe on-site that provided western style foods for breakfast and snacks. There was also a swimming pool with outside seating areas which were reasonably secluded from street noise.
The hotel is located smack-bang on the main road which is noisy and chaotic due to heavy traffic at all hours. The TV channels for English viewers were very limited and difficult to control using the remote. Also there was only one plug socket other than the one used for the TV.
