Finding the place was easy enough. Location is beneficial geographically as all attractions are within walking distance. Cosy entry area.
Shower could use updating, shower head and all the shower corners are full of limescale. Toiletries diluted. Not much space to hang your towels etc.
There is no one at the reception. Our direct neighbours came back at 01.00 banging doors and talking very loudly for at least 2 hours... as there is no receptionist to call - I had to eventually get up and walk over in my PJs to resolve this my self. There is a daily market just below, making it loud with early morning set up - constant cleaning and bin trucks every morning and night. We slept all nights with earplugs in.

Great location
Breakfast is basically inexistent. Difficult to find location. The bathroom was a bit smelly.

Location is great and room has everything needed. Clean and bright. Roof top bar is lovely. Breakfast delicious and lots of choice.
The annex room is much further away from the main hotel than expected. Good 5 min walk through the streets. They provided help with bags on arrival, however but on checkout we carried bags ourselves.
