Great breakfast included. Loved the views of the mountain. Friendly staff. Front desk spoke excellent English. Easy to walk to town and great restaurants. I would love to stay here again! The price is great for what you get. I went on a solo ski trip as an American and had no trouble navigating the hotel or area.
No wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. Extra fee for hot tub and limited hours. Wish the hot tub was free and always open. Also, the coffee was terrible. It's a machine at breakfast but I couldn't drink it. I am glad I brough my own.

Apparently the wrong night to visit this hotel. But room was fine.
Two middle aged couples on an 18-day 12 hotel road trip thru DE-CH-IT-CH-DE. This was our 8th stop. Hotel being on the cheaper side of them all, we didn't know what to expect. Bar in particular and restaurant were packed with people having a night out.
Difficult to find tables and chairs at the bar. No staff to help out.
