Simple, clean, friendly hotel a short walk from the centre of Dol.

Welcome, check in and breakfast were excellent. The room was fairly basic (as expected) but comfortable and very clean. Parking is free, but on street. We had no difficulty in finding a space close to the hotel

My only issue was that the en-suite shower/toilet room is an old modular design which must have been installed in the 80s or 90s and is a little tired. However aside from there being no hook for the shower, everything worked and was very clean.

Un hôtel, bar PMU crasseux. À FUIR !!!!

RIEN !!!!! À fuir…

La chambre était sale, tâches, cheveux et poils sur les draps, les couvertures et dessus de lits à l’ancienne déchirées, tachées. Les oreillers tous tachés de couleurs jaunes marrons HONTEUX !!! Le matelas complètement obsolète, tout mou, taché ! Toiles d’araignée, moquette tachée et odeurs nauséabondes. Absence de détecteur de fumée pourtant obligatoire surtout dans un établissement hôtelier ! La SDB toute moisie, 10 minutes pour avoir de l’eau chaude, rideau de douche moisi, joints moisis, de la rouille dans tous les coins, froid glacial. Le gérant hypocrite dans son bar PMU enfumé (pourtant interdit au tabac). Nous lui faisons part de toutes nos remarques… il était complètement indifférent et désintéressé. Nous avions le dos cassé et nous sommes partis sans prendre de douche tellement la SDB était dans un état déplorable ! Payer 100€ pour un taudis pareil c’est inacceptable et honteux !!!!

Déception, chambre ne valant pas plus de 45€

La chambre ne doit pas dépasser 10m2 (contre 23m2 attendu) les 2 lits une place sont des lits d'appoint 😔 très ancienne, literie plus que médiocre ainsi que la propreté, salle de bain à rénover douche datant d'aujourd'hui moins 20 ans. Ne vaut absolument pas ce tarif!!

Les chambres étaient très sales, mes enfants ont retrouvé des bouteilles vides de coca avec une vieille casquette sous le lit et beaucoup beaucoup de poussières partout.

Beaucoup de poussières, ça sent le vieux et renfermé. Mes filles ont pris leurs petits déjeuner à 7h, toujours sur la table à 11h car non débarrassé avec pleins de fourmis sur le pain.
