Great to feel part of a proper French town again, and to take part in local things going on.

Appartment was in a attractive old house. Near town centre with shops and cafes. View of the sea, and very close to walk to. Carentec felt very 'French', and there were very few tourists, and a good street market.

There was nothing to dislike in the location, and the appartment felt welcoming... so very satisfied!

We didn't stay! Found alternative accommodation.

Adequate parking.

Apartment needed updating. TV needs to be on a wall bracket instead of on top of fridge. Old TV and poor remote control. Bedroom only has single beds,double bed is just a sofa bed in living room. Furniture and fittings all very dated and inferior quality. 30 Euros extra paid for sheets and towels,but they were not there on arrival and did not include tea towel. Depressing,shabby building.

Wonderfully located, with splendid views. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and clean. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. All in all, a marvelous stay. We will definitely come back!

the apartment building has central heating. For THIS apartment the heating was disabled. It was COLD at night and in the early morning. This is normal is Britania therefor we selected an apartment WITH heating.....

Bon séjour, au calme ! Revoir la piscine !

On connait la résidence pour y être allé déjà plusieurs fois de suite depuis des années. On aime la proximité avec la mer et les commerces : toutes commodités ! L'appartement que nous occupions : le 41 belle luminosité et vue sur la mer. on voit la mer monter comme redescendre !

Il faudrait changer les couverts et mieux équiper côté casseroles et poêles ! Le chauffage n'était pas en route mais après avoir demandé, bcp de réactivité de la part de Juliana mais les radiateurs ne chauffaient que partiellement. Heureusement, Juliana nous a dépanné rapidement de 2 radiateurs soufflants efficace. Merci à elle !!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour car les points négatifs ne sont pas problématiques pour 2 jours.

L'emplacement de la résidence est parfait, près de la mer et à quelques minutes du bourg. Facilité de stationnement appréciable. Tarifs peut élevés. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le lit double est confortable

la résidence fait négligée. L'appartement nécessiterait des travaux et des finitions plus qualitatives. La salle de bain n'a pas de chauffage, elle était glaciale. La bouilloire électrique est tellement usagée que le plastique se désagrège et sent mauvais. Le canapé convertible est abimé, tissus déchiré. Appartement très sonore, on entend les voisins de palier. La résidence a du potentiel mais aurait besoin d'une rénovation de qualité. Une remarque concernant les messages: ils sont vraiment trop nombreux avec beaucoup d'informations répétées d'un message sur l'autre, du coup on s'y perd.

Scandaleux de proposer une telle location dans votre sélection

Immeuble d'aspect vieillot qui mériterait un ravalement de façade. Porte extérieure immeuble ne fermait pas la nuit. Sécurité minimale.. Piscine extérieure délabrée et définitivement fermée. Salle de bains : - douche avec joints inférieurs moisis en plusieurs endroits - montant vertical tenant pommeau de douche descellé de sorte qu'il fallait manipuler la douche avec précaution si l'on ne voulait pas que tout degringolât ou vous restât dans la main - robinet du lavabo mal fixé. Quant on l'actionnaire, cela faisait bouger le bondon donc impossible de garder de l'eau dans lavabo - une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas sur le plafonnier du lavabo - une des portes du meuble sous le lavabo n'avait qu'un gond qui tenait. Il ne fallait pas l'ouvrir sous peine qu'elle tombât. Chambre : - fenêtre ne pouvait se fermer complètement. Sans doute avait-elle été forcée et pas réparée. Donc air frais qui passait - rideau roulant extérieur de guingois laissant passer le jour à de nombreux endroits - Une seule table de chevet - la barre de la penderie portative tenait en équilibre sur le montant vertical droit. Quand on pendait un vêtement, le poids la faisait choir. Réparation avec du chatterton. C'était moche mais au moins ça tenait. Séjour : - fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas complètement. Seule possibilité pour aérer, la mettre en position déflecteur - rideau roulant idem chambre, de guingois - sur les 3 appliques au plafond, une ne fonctionnait pas - ménage mal fait avec toile d'araignée sur le plafond au-dessus du frigo, étagères meuble cuisine grasses ainsi que dessous des gamelles de cuisson. - peintures usées, tâches sur les murs - placard à balais et poubelle sans porte de séparation, même pas un rideau - TV ne captait qu'environ la moitié des chaînes.

L’appartement est situé dans une résidence calme, proche du port, des plages et du centre commerçant. Mon appartement était très lumineux avec de grandes baies et une vue sur la mer. Très propre et bien équipé.

appartement qui sent l'humidité dès que l'on y pénètre appartement qui n'est pas équipé de WIFI (annoncé dans l'annonce) mais pas de réception des chaînes TNT non plus dispositif de chasse d'eau vieux à tel point qu'à chaque fois que l'on tirait la chasse d'eau, on avait l'impression que le mécanisme allait "nous rester dans la main" porte de douche cassée remplacée par un rideau de douche très désagréable un reste de papier toilette en guise de rouleau de papier toilette

Les oreillers fatigués avec des housses pas.propres ou du propre sale comme les 2 draps loués Le mitigeur du lavabo SDB devisse brinquebalant Le colonne de douche pas fixee au mur Les taches d humidité dans les coins du carré de douche Les w c qui n ont plus d eau car fuite et utilisation de casseroles d eau.... Le canapé tres vieux dans lequel on s enfoncait pour regarder la télé kaliedoscope Les coussins du canapé gras de saleté 1 point positif Double vitrage Et Le grand lit etait tres ferme et propre Lits superposes pas utlises Nous etions 2 A 1 moment donné Il faut lister les problemes Réparer Remplacer Repeindre Puis louer..... L’emplacement juste exceptionnel. Les équipements, juste ce qu’il faut! La literie, matelas confort. Julianna est vraiment très gentille et très professionnelle.

Falsche Angaben bzgl Ausstattung und Infrastruktur: Pool gibt es nicht mehr, Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, diverse Mängel: Offene Stromschächte, offene Wasserleitungen, Türen schlossen zT nicht, offene Badfugen, Flecken. Rollo kaputt. Anlage alt und ungepflegt. Wir wurden zunächst in eine kaputte/im Bau befindliche Wohnung einquartiert, angeblich wegen Falschbuchung. Wurde dann zwar am 2. Tag gewechselt was aber abgesehen von dem Meerblick unwesentlich besser war.
