loved the breakfast and dinner! very easy to get seats even at peak meal times, always a continuous flow of food, good quality sashimi, very nice heated swimming pool! the aquabeats is really an indoor waterpark- i had expected maybe just for young kids but i was so wrong! the slides are quite thrilling, there is an outdoor jacuzzi at aquabeats as well, the rooms at sora kan are big n comforable, loved wearing the yutaka n slippers to walk around, staff are always friendly and helpful!shuttle bus to the station is convenient, washing n dryer also available

Loved the public bath with sweeping views over the city. Breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent.

The meals are buffet style with lots of variety, western, Japanese and Chinese. Very good. The hot springs are wonderful and there are 4 different ones plus an indoor pool area. Large comfortable rooms and a free shuttle from the station. There are arcade games and a bowling alley too. A fun place to visit.

The lobby and the onsen (hot water baths) in the new building (Sora Kan) was great with spotless facilities, trendy design and modern decorations. The room was clean and tidy with a small fridge and a ice machine was available on my floor. I can keep the drinks which I brought to the hotel cold. The french toast and egg benedict with English muffin provided in the breakfast buffet in TERRACE & DINING SORA were amazingly tasty.

I wish the Tanaya could finish its renovation earlier. The Aqua Garden was too old and the carpets leading to the Aqua Garden, both plastic and furry carpets, were not clean enough (black spots were seen on the plastic carpets). The dinner buffet provided by the TERRACE & DINING SORA didn't taste very well with tough, dry, and chewy beef provided. Roasted chicken looked good but didn't taste good as well. Tempura was dry and chewy instead of crispy with no tempura sauce provided. Breakfast buffet provided by the same restaurant was better though.
