The buildings snd landscaping are lovely. Our room was comfortable.
The shower was not hot. There is no internet access. The staff were not very friendly to us. They charge money for pool towels, on top of a pricey stay. My booking was for a triple room, but our room was not a triple (no extra twin bed). Also, I messaged them the previous day to ask whether their restaurant would be serving dinner, and they never responded.

The swimming pool is stunning we enjoyed it very much
The location definitely need car hire , taxis are expensive and no bikes at the property as stated on booking.com. To walk into town it’s an hours walk.

Donnatella was amazing, fluent in English. So so good at her job. Gave us information on anything we asked, rang local rentals for us too. Without her it would have been more frustrating as the language barrier was tough. Not their fault obviously, we had no Italian either. The pool was great. The taste of the dinner was tasty.
The limited menu options and the portion size was tiny. Limited cocktails/drinks options unfortunately. Service by the pool was very slow unless Donnatella was on.
