Molto graziosa la villetta con ampio parcheggio e posizionata in un pinto strategico per visitare Polignano e le splendide spiagge di Monopoli, Capitolo fino a Ostuni. Tanto verde e silenzio ad una distanza di poco più di 3 km dal centro di Polignano immersa nel verde della campagna. Ottima la viabilità e molto vicina a supermercati e negozi.
Come già riferito al proprietario mancano ventilatori nelle due camere che non hanno l'aria condizionata, da migliorare l'arredamento e l'impianto elettrico. Male le docce che sono piccole e hanno una tenda per chiusura che si attaccano al corpo e allagano il bagno.

La situation et les espaces
Le manque d'équipement dans la cuisine, des salles de bains avec des douches toutes petites...
Même pas quelques produits de première nécessité comme du produit vaisselle une bouteille d'huile du sel du poivre etc....
2 chiffons à disposition pour une semaine, c'est un peu juste
Des matelas pas du tout confortables et avec une semaine venteuse toutes les fenêtres qui claquent et qui ne ferment pas bien. Il y a des améliorations à faire pour louer cette maison qui mérite beaucoup mieux
