Staff are friendly, check in and out was easy, access to building using codes was functional at all times, property was clean, rooms were cosy and homelike, the entire area was warm which is good as it is cold in Finland at the moment, views from window were nice of the city, WiFi worked well, toilets and shower areas were clean, lots of maps available for city walks, books on a bookshelf for those needing something to read, quiet so sleep was undisturbed, breakfast starts a 7am and has a small selection of items where there is at least something for everyone to have to be satisfied with their morning tea or coffee. Dining area clean. Great stay altogether, would definitely stay again, location is exceptional and walking distance of the market square in the centre of Turku. I booked on the recommendation of another person and I'm glad I did. Thanks Tuure for a fabulous stay.
This was not an issue for us but the reception is a couple of floors up, as is the dining room, and there is no elevator in the building, so if mobility or accessibility is a problem for you, you may need to stay elsewhere.

location is excellent, breakfast is ok for the price and that's what's good about the hotel. the rest is a matter of price and comfort you expect. this hotel is just for an overnight stay at budget. nothing fancy.
