Breakfast was simple but adequate and the staff was very nice, helpful and attentive. The room was clean and the hot water was great! The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the gondola up Zinal and many local restaurants. Also, there is a very comfortable common room to sit in and relax (or work) as well as a cozy restaurant/bar on the first floor.
While it was very nice to come home from a day of skiing to find the room neatened up and the bed made, I wish they wouldn't use such a strong smelling cleaner. Luckily it was warm and after leaving the windows open for a little while all was well.

Hotel was very cosy. We really liked the roomy lodge upstairs where we stayed.Car park next to hotel was logitically very convenient. Breakfast was good. Hotel's location in the small village was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Drying facilities for boots in ski room was very helpful.
Lodge where we stayed upstairs was very good for us, but luggage was a bit hard to carry to there, 4th (?) floor. There was a nice kitchenette, but no dishes or cutlery or microwave oven. Those were not promised but would have made the stay even nicer.
