Everything is perfect.

Due to the fact that it was necessary to clean the body of the vehicle, imposing a fee of EUR 25.00 was a justified action. Furthermore, we kindly inform you that, in your case, a fee of EUR 15.00 has been charged due to a delay in returning the vehicle. This amount is lower than the fee specified in the rental terms and conditions; however, it remains fully justified. The hotel was in the heart of Alexandroupoli, very close to Light House and the beaches. Staff was very kind and customer oriented. The room was very clean and big. (It was a very positive surprise considering the size of the hotel) Very good value for money overall

The location of the hotel is amazing!!! Staff extremely friendly! We loved receptionists Athena and Sezen (If I am saying the name correctly).

I have doubts that the room was sufficiently cleaned. We found the towels the same way we left them every morning. We left something on the table in the lobby and it was still there the next day same time (evening!) Showers and toilet sink are extremely small!

A friendly and comfortable hotel near the ferry terminal and right in the centre of town

Great location though the centre of Alexandroupoli is always a little bit noisy. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable.

Compact and practical

Compact hotel in the city center. Very close to everywhere in the center. Friendly staff, triple room large enough for 3 adults. Bathroom was clean, air conditioning was working well.

The external photos are a little misleading. they give the impression that the hotel is facing the sea, but this is not the case. It is very close, but still in a side street with no view, at least from our level. There is no parking space in the narrow side-street.

Nice place to stay

Location was very good. The smiling and helpful staff was successful. Cleaning was very good. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious.

Downtown hotels often offer very limited living space, so was our room. The heating system was not working during all the night so we had to use the AC as well. The bed base was making a squeaky sound, so It was a little inconvenient.
