White House Apart Hotel

The building is divided into quite big apartments with a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. All clean and well maintained, all spacious and comfortable.

No curtains in the shower. The town has almost nothing to offer to visitors.

The place is great, very big, new, beautiful, and comfortable. And the manager resolved the problems immediately—problems that shouldn't have existed-. If it weren't for those issues, I'd give it a 10. But not being able to use the bathroom until he brings the toilet paper makes no sense, and I find it inhumane to be in that situation and not have the right to a couple of rolls of toilet paper after paying €40 for the room. Because of the cleaning staff, who don't do their job properly, a luxurious place loses its comfort and charm.

When I arrived, I saw there was no toilet paper. They'd left one used roll (EMPTY, without paper), and there weren't any spares in the cabinets and wardrobes. There was no refrigerator either, which is the most important thing in the apartment. I mean, you rent an apartment with a kitchen, and there's no refrigerator? How am I supposed to keep the food I'm going to cook? It doesn't make sense. I told the manager, and he immediately brought me a fridge and toilet paper, but he only gave me one roll. I don't know why they're so stingy with toilet paper. Is it expensive in Moldova? There should be several rolls in the bathroom in case you need them, instead of having to ask every time you run out. This kind of customer control isn't normal, and having to call for the toilet isn't pleasant. Besides, the bathroom was filthy inside. They seem to care about the exterior cleanliness, but the toilet bowl was completely brown from how dirty it was, and there was also quite a bit of dirt on the bathroom floor.

Super clean, comfortable and well equipped room in a hotel close to the city centre, next to a super market. The bathroom was spacious, the kitchen well.equipped and usefull, the bed was super comfy. The owner was nice and helpful. Could totally relax. Enjoyed my stay.

Outside is clean and well renovated. its in the city and near buy shops and cafes.

The apartment was cold, and the heating could not keep up. The bathroom was run down. The bed was is not very comfortable, as the bed protector kept moving around and at times I thought I will fall of the edge. The taxi could not find the place, the entrance is on the side of the apartment block, but its in the city and near buy shops and cafes.
