The apartment is in an excellent location which is central to all public transport, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

We specifically requested air conditioning, but were disappointed to find that only a portable unit was provided. This unit required frequent refilling with water and proved to be ineffective, making it quite uncomfortable. Although the owner advertises air conditioning, the apartment does not have a proper air conditioning system. Additionally, the apartment is situated on the third floor with no lift access. Carrying our suitcases up numerous flights of stairs was quite challenging. While the apartment does feature a washing machine with a dryer, it lacks some essential laundry amenities such as a drying rack, iron, and ironing board, which was rather inconvenient. Not sure that we would stay here again.

We booked this place because the room was offered with washing machine and air conditioning. First we were given a room without air conditioning therefore we had to phone the hosts (nobody was on-site when we checked in). We were moved to a different room, which didn’t have a washing machine. We contacted the host again and were told we can use another washing machine in the building, which was not so easy to get to as we needed another set of keys. by this point, we had keys to three different room. At checkout they wanted to charge us for using the washing machine. Therefore, please be aware that not every Queen Room has air conditioning or a washing machine as advertised. Finally, 15 minutes before checkout time, staff just entered the room without knocking. In total not a very pleasant experience. I would recommend to offer more different types of rooms according to their equipment. The room itself was clean and well designed, just did not fit the description on the website.

Stylish apartment

The washer dryer was great and the main bedroom was lovely. We loved Znojmo and the hotel was very close to some nice places to eat and the underground tunnels.

It wasn’t very clean (I found a half eaten biscuit under the blanket covering the sofa). Also, the room was advertised as having two large double beds but turned out to be two singles (one of which was in the kitchen) and one double. It was all a little tired and seemed overpriced for what it was (the photos online make it look much better). I was quite disappointed.
