Bem localizado, limpo, confortável, e calmo apesar de ser muito antigo tudo é bem conservado, e também tem uma cozinha que funciona tudo perfeitamente ideal pra família , vale muito a pena pelo custo benefício.

We stayed at Hotel Bergsonne, apartment 11, for 14 days . Samnaun is a beautiful place where the nature is stunning. The small town is nice but completely focused on 'tax free' luxury items. Most of it is still very expensive because of the general high prizes in Switzerland. When you leave Samnaun and cross the, very close, Austrian border they will check you often for the stuff you bought 'tax free' and will charge you anyway. Hotel Bergsonne is quiet and well maintained. In the apartment everything was clean and of high quality. The bed was on the hard side but comfortable nevertheless. A wonderful small river in front of the hotel produces a continuous 'white noise'.

The owner that lives in the hotel is not very friendly. I tried to speak German with her but I got bad looks all the time from her for unknown reasons. It seemed that everything I asked her was too much. I asked her if she did not like us but she insisted that was not the case... During the last days she simply insulted my Spanish wife when we asked for extra bed sheets with saying 'we are in Switzerland and not in Spain', and giving an overall impression of unfriendliness towards her. In my opinion this is not done when you are talking to a guest. The Wifi is very slow, sometimes does not work at all, and is only fit for messaging and checking your mail.
