good choice for a short stay in Santos. Reasonably priced, good location, strong and fast internet
the room is pretty small. It should have an electric kettle at least. there were NO international sockets in the whole room - to use the cable of my EU laptop - i had to buy an adapter in the nearby shop [50BRL].
There is a small fringe in the room [which is great] - with some water in - but there is NO information this water is extra paid [6BR for 0,5L water]. of course there is nothing bad in that - but it should be a message it's paid [as in many hotels worldwide - 1-2 bottles is Free, unless this is mantioned in the mini-bar pricelist].

The closeness to the beach and cordiality of the staff.
They are very inflexible with check-in and check- out times. Even though the hotel was empty on Sunday, they did not allow a late check-out. I would look for a hotel with more flexibility next time.
