I would rather higher than a 10 if possible. The owners are first rate! They care about their guests. The property is fabulous and well maintained. A piece of paradise! Well done and you see the day to day work that goes into running their business! It is a labor of love. Meals were some of the best food we ate. Take advantage to meal offerings, you will not be sorry!
We loved every second when we were there!

We loved the views, the landscape. The remoteness of the property. For us it was not a problem to walk the 4km to San Gimignano.
The hosts did not provide anything like coffee/sugar/salt basic stuff taking into consideration that the accommodation is remote and the restaurant is only open for 3 dinners a week and the closest store is in San Gimignano. Also outside our cabin which was more remote, separate than the main one, it could be felt a smell of sewage from time to time.

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and peaceful. The owners are super friendly, and the food is very good. We would happily stay here again.

The beds are very bad. Wifi was iffy. Not the cleanest. Very musty.
