Very nice location. Free parking.

AC wasn’t working and unfortunately staff were very cagey about what they were doing about it. Always better to be honest about the situation which was worse than they originally believed. We were compensated though. We were not given the bigger room we had reserved at first.

Location was great to explore the old town & there were lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

At times staff in the restaurant were quite rude. Main issue to be considered is that it is up in the old town & if you are arriving by ferry you have a long & winding road or heaps of steep steps to climb. OK unless you’re dragging suitcases. No uber or taxi would take us & our hotel suggested taking the little tourist train that runs up from the port into the old town but they refused to take our bags despite there being cages for baggage on the back of each train carriage. We ended up dragging our suitcases up the very steep road in 35 degree heat so we’re not happy!

Good location. Nicely redecorated room. Reasonable price.

No fridge. Not much space for bags. Suggest mirror is moved to back of door and another chair or bag stand is supplied.

The location is good, free parking, and really nice staff.

The bathroom hasn’t been renovated in a long time. Need more hooks in bathroom and bedroom so you can hang up your clothes and towels. Something to dry wet swimwear and beach towels on would be good.
