The hotel is perfectly located, especially if arriving by ferry, close to the harbor and the old city as well. The staff are pleasant, especially the front desk and cleaning staff, the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The bathroom has a large tub but no shower head, just a hand held shower; it took a bit of an adjustment to work out the best way to adapt to this circumstance! as there was no bar to support the “shower.” But the water was always hot and the amenities plentiful. The room had a balcony which was very pleasant to use in the afternoons after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was sufficient with breads, meats, cheeses and sweets as well as coffees and teas. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay there again!
