Check in was easy and apartment was spotless when we showed up. The bed was comfortable. Great location that was close enough to hear the ocean from an open window. I just wish it had been warmer during our stay.The apartment had been recently renovated and pleasantly decorated. The new toilet was a tall one, my feet dangled 4 inches off the floor. If you are under 5'10" tall, I would recommend you bring a stool.Thermostat was accurate and it was easy to adjust. Lots of pillows which made it easy to make the sofa comfortable to lounge on.

This is the perfect property for a family. It was so clean, included basic amenities and had a storage closet downstairs with boogie boards, beach chairs, buckets, etc. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth. We were able to watch the sunrise over the ocean and it was absolutely breathtaking! We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The place was very clean and easily accessible to the beach. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and would like to rent it again in the future.

We loved our time at Cocoa Sands. The location is fantastic!! The property manager was so helpful and we were totally happy with our experience. We loved how the place was decorated. We highly recommend staying here.
