My family had a great time. The house fit us all nicely. It was nice to have the beach just a short walk away. It was convenient for baby nap time. The kids loved to come home from the beach and have the pool available for more water fun. We didn't use the hot tub. They had some beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and a cart to carry it it. That was super handy. We watched a couple of rocket launches from the upstairs deck. The covered porch provided fun family game time and visiting in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and nice. We were close enough to shopping and stores but far enough away to not be in the peoply busy.

Family from PA and both college aged daughters decided to visit the same week to attend motocross events in Daytona/Spring Break.
House was competitively priced in central Brevard close to great beaches, shopping, EG arts district, brewery, multiple restaurants and near downtown Melbourne. 25 minutes from Cocoa Beach or Cocoa Village. Too many county parks to mention within 15 min drive. Centrally located between Mel Square Mall or Viera Town Center.
Some games, foosball and darts on premises (although I bought and left a new set from Amazon), some extra blankets, bath towels, some dishes but definitely need to take stock of cooking tools and utensils prior to meal planning and shopping as I did loan things to the house during the stay.
All in all, great bang for the buck. Many rooms and beds, large open concept, remodeled within 5 years best guess, and easy access to everything Brevard Co has to offer.
Only gave 4 stars because ad says there was a hot tub but we didn’t see one and the multiple AC units were tricky to operate and didn’t consistently seem to cool adequately to the liking of the guests.
I would def book again and recommend to other friends and family
