Great position. Lots of room.
The apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly. We found rubbish on the floor under the couch and the floor corners were dirty and not properly cleaned.

Great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable. The coffee pod machine. The big comfy bed. The big TV and access to foxtel.
Needs a lot of repair. Window frames are rusted. One of them is broken and stuck open. There is no fly screens on doors or windows. There is no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The blinds are dirty and mouldy.

Location was perfect. Good sized rooms. Fully equipped kitchen.
Nobody at reception when we arrived, and reception was rarely open during day. Apartment was not in great condition. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. Dirty and extremely mouldy internal blinds. Washing machine flooded onto bedroom floor. Contacted staff, and they did not bother to attend to check situation, but we were told to collect a mop in the garage area, and we mopped the floors ourselves. . Worn out and tired rooms. Can't rate the service provided to guests, as there was none! I would not consider it a 4.5 Luxury accommodation! Would never book Silkari Reflections again. Worst accommodation that I we have stayed at in Port Douglas.
