The staff were absolutely lovely – they helped us, explained things and gave us advice. The room and facilities were absolutely fine. Breakfast and use of the swimming pool were included in the price. I’d recommend it 100 per cent.

A bit out of the way, but it was totally worth it, trotting all the way out here, and once here, you are within walking distance from the hiking trails or gondola up the mountain. This pension has made it so cozy everywhere, and I liked that they have real single rooms so you don't have to pay for more beds than you need. The room was spotlessly clean, practical, spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. There was a fridge in the room and plenty of charging outlets. All the staff seemed to speak English, and I got my room early. Nice outdoor sitting areas, DSA. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the bar is open until late. The WiFi was excellent throughout.

You can't book rooms without breakfast, but the rack rates show room prices with or without breakfast. This was a bit annoying since I had to leave very early in the morning for my long hike in the mountains.

Excellent service by the staff! They accommodated setting up the sauna when it should've been closed I think. Walkable distance into town centre. Breakfast was very good.

Rooms are slightly dated but still extremely comfortable and clean!

Cost-Benefit ratio is average.

There was (actually still is) a spider and its web on the ceiling of the room 18 bath. The last day of the breakfast was not optional but fixed. Heating was not enough also no air-condition. Bed-lining was spotted.
