Apartment was clean and tidy. Location was excellent - restaurants at the doorstep and an easy walk to the tram to get into the City. We were in Melbourne for the F1 and it's an easy walk to Albert Park.

Communication was appalling. After completing details emailed to me the morning of our arrival and receiving a confirmation email that the information was received, I heard nothing all day. I phoned upon arrival at Melbourne airport at 4pm and was told they didn't receive my email. I then proceed to say that I received a confirmation email at 7:47am. I was told by a young lady that an email had been sent with details. We sat on the step outside the apartment waiting for the young lady to get back to me. Never received an email until after 5pm (at which time they were closed). The number I phoned was the after hours maintenance and he was awesome - he sorted it for me. I wasn't aware that we had to collect the keys. We had no car so we walked a 2km round trip to collect the keys from a lock box. Had I been told prior to 5:10pm we could have collected the keys on the way to the apartment from the airport. It wasn't a pleasant start to the long weekend.

Great view and location, clean and comfortable.

There are 3 downlights not working, the pedestal fan is broken, the ensuite toilet seat is broken, the main bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work and the toilet roll holder is broken.

Everything about this property was exceptional. Starting with the communication from the hosts with clear and easy check in/check out details, collection of the keys, allocated parking, and absolutely stunning views which allowed us to watch the Moomba fireworks every night from the balcony or living room. Quick walk to the supermarket and beach, and 10 minute walk to the tram stop. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds topped off this perfect accommodation.

Apartment had threadbare carpets with holes. Several lights needed new globes.
