⭐⭐⭐ Review – La casa di mare, Agios Gordios

We like only location , because it was near to the beach.

The location of the house was good and the host was polite and responsive. Check-in and check-out were simple and clear. However, we were disappointed with the cleaning fee of €60. For a 3-night stay, such a fee is more than enough to cover at least one cleaning every two days, including changing sheets and towels, as well as basic cleaning of the floor and bathroom. None of this was provided. The host explained that the fee only covers final cleaning after check-out, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. Additionally, the mattress was not comfortable and we would suggest replacing it to improve the sleeping quality for future guests. Overall, the house was nice, but the description about the cleaning fee should be much clearer, and small improvements (like cleaning during the stay and a better mattress) would make the experience much better.

Superb

The landlord was very friendly - all "problematic" items (missing coffee machine, WiFi out of order..) were immediately and with higher priority solved. The location is perfect, only couple of minutes of walk to the beach. Another positiv thing was the garden with small shelter for a barbecue opportunity - we used it every day

Υπάρχει διαρροή ρεύματος στην βρύση της ντουζιέρας!

1.Ήταν κοντά στη θάλασσα. 2. Το κατάλυμα είχε τα απαραίτητα

1. Οι απότομες κατηφόρες/ανηφόρες που έπρεπε να κατέβω/ανέβω με το αμάξι μου, από τον κύριο δρόμο για να προσεγγίσω το κατάλυμα 2. Τυπική καθαριότητα (υπήρχε σκόνη). 4 ημέρες δεν ήρθε κάποιος να καθαρίσει. 3. Η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας μάλλον είχε διαρροή. 4. Είχα διαβάσει σε προηγούμενα σχόλια πως η βρύση στην ντουζιέρα είχε ρεύμα. Αγνόησα τα σχόλια αυτά γιατί πίστευα πως ένα τόσο ΕΠΙΚΙΝΔΥΝΟ θέμα θα είχε λυθεί! Δυστυχώς όταν κάναμε μπάνιο και ακουμπούσαμε την βρύση της ντουζιέρας νιώθαμε την ύπαρξη ρεύματος! Περιορίσαμε τα ντους και μόνο αφού φορούσαμε πλαστικές σαγιονάρες (κακός αγωγός του ηλεκτρισμού). Πιστεύει κάποιος πως πρέπει να 'παίζουμε' με το ρεύμα; Ρεύμα μαζί με νερό είναι θάνατος! Πρέπει να βρεθεί ένας ηλεκτρολόγος να διορθώσει αυτό το ΣΟΒΑΡΟ θέμα, και έπειτα να δωθεί σε ενοικίαση ξανά. 5. Η απότομη σιδερένια σκάλα που θυμίζει σκάλα πλοίου και ενώνει την θέση που αφήνεις το αμάξι σου, με το κατάλυμα έχει σπασμένα/ραγισμένα σκαλιά. Φωνάξτε έναν μάστορα να τα κολλήσει/αλλάξει. Λύσεις με ξύλα και τούβλα κάτω από τα σπασμένα σκαλιά είναι αστείες!

Probleme cu apa , dar am inteles ca toata lumea avea probleme cu apa la dus.

STRUTTURA POTENZIALMENTE MERAVIGLIOSA, MA...

La struttura è in una posizione fantastica, a 100m di strada interna dalla spiaggia. Molto bello l'ampio spazio esterno ottimamente fruibile, casa sostanzialmente pulita, wifi funzionante. Se fosse curata in maniera più puntuale, la struttura potrebbe essere meravigliosa. Purtroppo è evidente una carenza nella cura di alcuni aspetti, il rapporto qualità/prezzo risulta comunque ottimo ma bisogna mettere in conto alcune carenze...

Il bagno è assolutamente non curato, assenza di tenda o box nella doccia, un po' improvvisata. Problemi frequenti di pressione e temperatura dell'acqua, che a volte è mancata del tutto. Problemi anche con la doccia, con la quale si rischiava continuamente di bruciarsi e/o prendere la scossa...la lavatrice si è allagata pur non avendola mai accesa. In generale, è evidente una carenza di manutenzione/cura di alcuni aspetti sia della parte interna, sia della parte esterna, con qualche aggiustamento la struttura potrebbe diventare davvero meravigliosa
