Appartement waar je van daar uit van alles kon bezoeken.

Het was een ruim appartement die per lift en trap bereikbaar was. Auto kunnen parkeren op een gereserveerde plaats. Van daaruit kringlopen en winkels bezocht in het gebied. Het was een goed voorzien appartement, waar we zelf gekookt hebben.

Schlechte Lage und dazu noch mit Baustelle.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, und das auffinden des Apartments war auch nicht schwierig.

Leider lag das Apartment einer einer viel befahrenen Straße, die unmittelbar vor dem Apartment auch eine große Baustelle hatte. Leider wurde dies nicht rechtzeitig von dem Vermieter kommuniziert. Der Baustellenlärm begann sehr früh um 7:00 Uhr und dauerte den ganzen Tag über an, so dass ein konzentriertes Arbeiten in diesem Apartment leider nicht möglich war. Da ich nur zwei Tage in diesem Apartment geblieben bin und auf einige Termine hatte, war es mir nicht möglich, zwischendrin auch noch einen Umzug in ein anderes Apartment zu machen. Der Vermieter zeigte sich leider sehr uneinsichtig und ist auch nicht bereit, im Preis etwas entgegenzukommen.

Vielen Dank, alles war einladend!

Das Appartement ist sehr nett und alles war ausreichend ausgestattet! Die Lage war für meine Bedürfnisse und Reiseziele äußerst gut gelegen! Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, z. B. für Fahrten in die Altstadt oder zum Ostseestrand Solitüde. Dennoch ist man vom Ortsteil Mürwik, bspw. mit dem Auto, schnell in Ri. Glückburg oder in Dänemark oder in Ri. Nordsee. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert! Zum Vermieter bestand nur telefonischer, aber sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Man konnte/könnte sich bezüglich evtl. Anliegen problemlos an ihn oder das Team wenden. Ich würde dort wieder buchen!

Es war alles in Ordnung! Einzig ein Besen wäre sinnvoll, aber ich besorgte mir einfach ein Kehrblech mit Handbesen. Vlt. wurde das zuvor einmal entwendet? WC-Papier wurde vergessen aufzufüllen, aber da hätte ich mich auch einfach an das Gästehaus wenden dürfen.

Super Basislager für Kurztrips

Lage toll, Bus direkt vor der Tür. Sehr ruhig, Wohnung komplett ausgestattet. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

Leider waren alle Heizkörper abgedreht und es ungemütlich kalt in der Wohnung. Nach dem öffnen der Heizungen ging es aber dann sehr schnell. Kein Müllbeutel im Badezimmermülleimer. Ist nicht sehr hygienisch. Ablauf Dusche lief sehr langsam, Duschwanne stand relativ voll mit Wasser während des Duschens.
