Very well equipped Close to Honfleur but in a nice quiet location

Slight smell of the septic tank in one area outside

Excellent location, just a few minutes from Honfleur. Situated in a very quiet hamlet which suited us - it was great for relaxing evening strolls and there is a small park with goalposts for energetic children to burn some calories. The host was great, gave us a lot of information about the local area and beyond and is a good source of info for local parking etc. The buildings themselves are absolutely stunning - traditional Normandy architecture. The inside of the buildings and the surrounding gardens are stunning.

I can't think of anything the hosts can do to improve - it was great. We stayed in Le Studio which was small but suited the three of us perfectly, so just check which building it is as booking.com doesn't really specify when you book.

Met het warme weer was dit een fantastisch verblijf. De gite was ruim en prettig, gastheer Joris was erg aardig. Honfleur is op 10 autominuten en halverwege is een grote supermarkt en outlet-store. Wij waren de enige gasten en hadden de grote tuin en het zwembad voor onszelf

Er is geen bakker in het kleine gehucht, dus voor verse broodjes bij het ontbijt moet je even de auto in

Location although out of the way, was pretty. Gardens are lovely, the outside of house /Gite very attractive. Also a bonus to have access to a small pool. Beds were comfortable, small outside table in shared garden made a positive difference.

Gite lacked comfort, only a small sofa bed in the living area, uncomfortable to sit on and only able to seat 2 people. The Gite can sleep 7, so a 2 seater feels inadequate. No indoor table just a small breakfast bar with high stools. Space for 3 adults at the bar , again neither comfortable or sufficient.
